In Medan project, the working site is a dry area, so LTT carried on the following reforms:  Replace the original mechanical draft cooling tower by radiators; Reduce 400 m3/h flow water pumps,;Increase the flow rate of central cooling water from 250 m3/h to120 m3/h, and increase the return water temperature .LTT’s solution not only greatly improved the performance of the water system, but also reduced the investment and operating costs.
